Meditation for the Full Moon

The Full Moon is coming up and I find it’s such a powerful time to sit down, let myself get settled back into myself and meditate. So, I’ve recorded an audio just for you this Full Moon! Get yourself in a comfy place, lying down, sitting up - however feels comfy for you and then just press play. If you struggle with thoughts coming into your mind, just focus on your breath. Always bring it back to your breath.
