there's a new pie in town

more baking! yay. my neighbours love me...for real. another super simple, super easy fun filled pie. same pastry recipe as before just with different filling. and when i say different, i mean all the leftover fruit i had! rhubarb {late season}, apples and kiwi. bit odd, i'll give you that but boy does it work. chop everything pretty small and cook.

rhubarb, apple, kiwi and sage peeled if needed and sliced finely. make the pastry using this recipe and line the pastry tin. fill with filling {ha!} and then intertwine the lattice pieces of pastry. cook for roughly 20-25minutes in the oven for 180C until golden. enjoy
