Workshops you should check out

Self improvement and learning are massive things in my life. I promised myself in 2014 that each year onwards I would take one big educational trip and do as much creative learning as possible. From entrepreneur conferences, photography and styling workshops to night classes, not only have I met some incredible people but I've learnt wonderful skills as well as learnt a lot about myself. This year I've been lucky enough to go on my big one already in Portugal with some insanely talented people, I've also been teaching quite a few too! Arran St East asked me to do a Floral workshop with them for 4 months and it has been such a pleasure getting to spend a couple of hours with participants, chatting them through florals, bouquets, tips and tricks. There have been some stunning bunches come out of those mornings and I'm so grateful for the opportunity! Our last one is this Saturday and I'd love for you to be with us.

There are some other amazing workshops out there that are happening really soon, Emily Katz from Modern Macrame is currently on her European tour and comes to Dublin on the 26th June and holding a 3 hour workshop teaching you all about how to make your very own wall hanging in one of my favourite places in Dublin - Kerala Kitchen! Having met Emily in 2015 and taken a macrame workshop with her in the amazing Big Bear Campsite I would highly recommend booking yourself a spot! Take your best mate and have a great 3 hours together learning a new skill!

Another one I can't stop gushing over is by my lovely friend Kathryn, she's holding a Block Printing Workshop in the dreamy setting of The Fumbally Stables. After being Instagram friends for a while, Kathryn and I finally met when I bought my mama and I  a ticket to one of her Shibori workshops (which was just heaven FYI!). I'm sadly away during her Block Printing workshop but I check in to her website every now and then just to see if she's added a new one!
