I can’t remember a time…
…when I didn’t want to collaborate and empower other women.
I’ve worked as a solo entrepreneur for the last 15+years: a plumbing business, a boutique hotel in Mexico, a creative studio in Dubin, a homeware range and a menstrual product subscription service so yeah. I have the knowledge and the mindset.
As I’ve gone through my entrepreneurial journey I’ve seen countless women struggle with the juggle, feel unbelievably overwhelmed and quite honestly, most times - pack it in because it’s been too much.
Every time this happened my heart would sink at the loss of another talented female calling time as well as the emotional damage it did to her. It wasn’t until My 4th business, Created & Found, that I experienced it myself.
It was too much pressure, it felt shitty and I lost my spark. I was constantly busy but seeing no return. I felt the guilt at hating my business and not being able to create anymore - instead it was all admin and newsletters, instagram and pr.
After a year, I caved. I just didn’t want to do it anymore. It didn’t have any heart left for it.
Working from your bed in your pjs whilst Netflix is on in the background and beside you is a freshly made cup of tea and a pack of Jaffa cakes. You get to pick up your kid every day, go for long lunches when you want (within reason babe!) because you know that your business is working for you whether you’re in your office or not. Perhaps its that dream holiday you want so you go for it knowing that things will run smoothly while you’re away. You feel like a boss because you know what, you can afford to pay the rent this month, you can afford to buy all the organic veg you want and get that bottle off expensive wine because you have a full calendar and you’re fully clear on your goals.
If this is what YOUR dream life kinda looks like but your reality doesn’t and you have your own business then I’m here to help you.
Owning your own business can be so damn worth it. It can be exhilarating and overwhelmingly positive. Creating the life you’ve dreamt of is fantastic and stepping into that space of abundance and self worth is incredible. It’s worth every second of the ups and downs of entrepreneurial life.
BUT. The road doesn’t have to be a slog. Yes, there will be moments where you have to work your socks off babe. But it shouldn’t be hard. It shouldn’t wear you down till you want to pack it in. It shouldn’t be so soul destroying you’d rather go back to that grey cubicle.
So if you’re thinking about ditching in your “dream” life to go back to stable, calm, clear work then I’d like you take one last think about how much you want your dream life and are you willing to put in the work with the support of someone to get you to a place where your dream life is your reality?
Sometimes you just need a helping hand. I have a whole bunch of free resources you can check out here.
So let me help you. If you’d like to work with me, let’s set up a chemistry call so we can see if we’re a good fit.
